It is installed in a moisture-proof, rust proof, dust-proof, rat proof, fire-proof, theft-proof, heat insulation, fully enclosed, movable steel structure box, electromechanical integration, fully enclosed operation, It mainly has the following characteristics: (1) advanced technology, safety and reliability: the box part adopts the current domestic leading technology and process, the shell is generally made of aluminized zinc steel plate, the frame is made of standard container materials and manufacturing process, which has good anti-corrosion performance to ensure that it will not rust for 20 years, the inner sealing plate is made of aluminum alloy gusset plate, the interlayer is made of fireproof and thermal insulation materials, and the box body is equipped with air conditioning and dehumidification devices, The operation of the equipment is not affected by the natural climate environment and external pollution, which can ensure the normal operation under the harsh environment of -40 ℃ ~ +40 ℃. The primary equipment in the box adopts fully enclosed high-voltage switchgear (such as XGN type), dry-type transformer, dry-type transformer, vacuum circuit breaker, spring operating mechanism, rotary disconnector and other domestic technology leading equipment. It can remotely set the operation parameters, control the humidity and temperature in the box and remote smoke alarm, so as to meet the requirements of unattended; It can also realize image remote monitoring as needed. (3) Factory prefabrication: during the design, as long as the designer makes a primary main wiring diagram and the design of equipment outside the box according to the actual requirements of the substation, he can choose the specifications and models of the box transformer provided by the manufacturer. All equipment can be installed and debugged in the factory at one time, which truly realizes the industrialization of substation construction and shortens the design and manufacturing cycle; On site installation only requires box positioning, cable connection between boxes, outgoing cable connection, protection setting verification, transmission test and other work requiring commissioning. The whole substation only takes about 5 ~ 8 days from installation to operation, which greatly shortens the construction period. (4) Flexible combination mode: due to the compact structure of the box type substation, each box forms an independent system, which makes the combination mode flexible. On the one hand, we can all adopt the box type, that is, 35kV and 10kV equipment are installed in all boxes to form a full box type substation; It can also be installed only with 10kV switch box, 35kV equipment outdoors, and 10kV equipment and control and protection system box. For this combination mode, it is especially suitable for the old station reconstruction in the agricultural reconstruction, that is, the original 35kV equipment does not move, and only one 10kV switch box can be installed to meet the requirements of unattended. In short, there is no fixed combination mode for box type substation, and the user can freely combine some modes according to the actual situation to meet the needs of safe operation. (5) Investment saving and quick effect: the investment of box type substation is reduced by 40% - 50% compared with the conventional substation of the same scale. Calculated by the 4000kva substation of 35kV single main substation, the potential of the demand for rare earth nano materials is particularly important, so that the product itself can be brought into play. The construction project (including land acquisition cost) of box type substation is more than 1 million yuan less than that of conventional substation; If the experimental machine is changed from the angle of completion and production, it is analyzed from the aspect of appearance and some basic uses. It is conservatively estimated that if each station is put into operation 4 months in advance, if the average load is 2000kW, the profit from power sales is 0.10 yuan/kw h. The net profit can be increased by more than 600000 yuan in three months; From the perspective of operation, in the box type substation, due to the selection of advanced equipment, especially the operation of oil-free equipment, the problem of equipment leakage in the conventional substation has been fundamentally solved.
